SHIPPING INFORMATION


At BRIDGMONT we take great care in delivering high-quality clothing and apparel directly from our warehouses. Our primary base is located in the United Kingdom, with some orders fulfilled from our manufacturing facility in Pakistan.
To ensure an extensive range of products and sizes for our valued customers, we craft each item to order. For UK orders, this typically takes 2 – 3 working days, while international orders for the rest of the world usually require 4 – 7 working days.


We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as UPS, Royal Mail, and DHL Express. In most cases, delivery times are less than a week. However, if you reside in a DHL remote area post code, please note that delivery times may vary.
Please be aware that depending on your location, your order may be subject to VAT, import duties, and other charges. For detailed information, please refer to our comprehensive policy.


Upon shipment, tracking numbers are promptly provided to customers. These tracking updates allow you to monitor the progress of your parcel as it makes its way to you.


While we strive for timely delivery, please understand that unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather or customs delays, may occasionally impact shipping times. We appreciate your patience and understanding during such situations.


Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO Addresses.

IMPORT TAX AND DUTIES


US CUSTOMERS:
Orders under $800 are received tax and duty-free.

UK CUSTOMERS:
For orders under 135GBP, VAT will be charged and paid for on the website. Import duties/fees and any other charges will be billed when goods clear customs.
For orders over 135GBP, VAT, import duties, and any other charges will be collected by UK customs upon importation of your order. Please note, if a shipment is refused due to customers not wanting to pay duty, BRIDGMONT will not be liable for any refunds, and the parcel will be destroyed.

EUROPE:
VAT, a 12% import duty, and any other charges will be collected by EU customs upon importation of your order. In the event of refusal to pay duty, BRIDGMONT will not be responsible for refunds, and the parcel will be destroyed.

REST OF THE WORLD:
The receiver is responsible for the payment of any import tax/duties and other charges, although we mark down the item's value to help minimize this amount. If an item is refused due to customers not wanting to pay duty, BRIDGMONT will not be liable for any refunds, and the parcel will be destroyed.
